- We contact your store to confirm the reported problem and provide the service of taking them through an operational check list (ie circuit breaker on/off and checking the time clock) to potentially avoid additional cost to a service call or a service call in its entirety.
Dispatching
- We ensure a rapid turn around time of 1 to 3 days
- We check, double-check and re-check for accuracy
- We respond to each assignment with the urgency that our clients request.
- We communicate with our subcontractors to ensure that they respond with the same urgency.
Accountability
- We keep the total cost fair by ensuring that the minimum amount of equipment, man hours, and materials needed are being utilized to complete the job as requested the first time.
- We work with our clients’ accounting, invoicing, and monitoring systems through web-based programs such as Service Channel (Charming Shoppes) and Office Trax (Dollar Tree Stores)
- We scrutinize our techs quotes and their invoicing as they come in to make sure of accuracy, maintain true cost, and that our clients’ needs are protected.
Workmanship
- We maintain annual up to date insurance certificates for each of our sub-contractors.
- We stay updated on national codes and the newest materials.
- Our representatives are trained to understand and question, if necessary, what they are being told by our techs in the field to ensure the proper repair of your signage.
- We require our techs to provide photos of all signage at the location for future reference.
- We require before & after photos to ensure that the repairs quoted by our tech are the repairs that were made by our tech.
- We maintain a database history of materials, warranties, etc. for repairs made at each of your locations for future replacement parts.
